Minimal Theme "Add to Cart" button sometimes missing - 2020

Hey guys,

My store is using the minimal theme right now, and sometimes on desktop and mobile the add to cart button is missing. I tried removing the dynamic check out button, but now it only has add to cart, no BUY IT NOW. 

I want on mobile and desktop they would both show "Add to Cart", and "Buy it Now". Anyone knows how to fix this bug?

Also when I turn off the dynamic check out button, both the add to cart and buy it now are gone
