Missing Incoming Field in Collections view of Products

Hello,

I seem to have come across a rather peculiar issue. I'm the process of adding "Due in stock" dates to our product pages and was able to do so, no problem. However, when I went to the collections page in an effort to do the same, it seems that the 'product.variants' does not contain the 'incoming' field even though it does seem to exist on the full product pages. Please see the JSON pull from the variant on the collections page below. Is this intended behavior? Regardless, would anyone have recommendations as to how to find out if this specific variant has an incoming transfer so that we can change the "Sold Out" to "Backordered"? Thanks in advance!
