Mobile app wont log in on iPad after password change

After changing my password I cant get into my shopify store from my Ipad for like 2 weeks now

Hi There,

A few things to do:

  1. Update the App to the latest version
  2. Delete the App Data from the iPad's Setting

Hi I have the app updated the app and cleared the app data including the safari cache and keychain as well. Its simply taking the password and going back to the log in screen from when the app is first opened, As soon as i changed my password on the computer this happened and I havent been able to get back in on my ipad, the error is instructing me to contact customer support appauth etc -15
