I've searched everywhere for an answer to this.....
I am having multiple Tag pages 'indexed, but not submitted in sitemap' on Google Search Console.
I understand why Shopify creates Tag pages for collections and blogs, but I also have a duplicate tag pages being indexed for every product page and content page.
Eg. I have the following URLs being indexed, and both have a canonical tag:
[SITE URL]/pages/about-us/
[SITE URL]/pages/about-us/tag
Ideally the 'tag' page would be a 404, but if this can't be removed sitewide can anyone recommend a way to noindex these tag URLs on pages and products?
