Is this happening on both the desktop and mobile versions of your site, or just on mobile? As well, what theme are you using? Please share a link to your store here so I can take a look for you. Cheers!

This is occurring for me - iOS iPhone 11 on Safari browser. It doesn't occur when I open my website on Instagram or Gmail. I've asked around and a friend on iPhone 8 using Chrome said she could not scroll on the homepage either.

My website is pinkmoon.co. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I seem to be able to scroll properly on mobile (Safari, iPhone XR) without any issues. Are you still experiencing this problem on your end? Cheers!

It was on an unpublished theme. I got it sorted out, though, with a Shopify
expert.

Good evening @Brie , @achieveapplabs and all other experts around,

I'm having the same issue. On iPhones (no matter which iPhone and which browser) my store won't scroll, unless the user uses two fingers or zooms in. I disabled all popups that I know of but the scrolling issue remains.

Any help appreciated a lot, I had around 10 experts looking at this but nobody could find the cause of this critical problem.

After days of looking for the issue I just found the problem. Deactivating the iNoBounce JavaScript did the job!
