Hello everyone, I have a few questions, I bought my custom domain on shopify, but I want to cancel the $ 29 package and stop my shop, does that mean I will lose my custom domain name? Or if not, how can I keep it?

Sorry to hear you want to close your shop! Is there anything I can help you with? 

In regards to your domain name, you can certainly keep your domain after closing your Shopify store. To do so, you will need to transfer your domain away from Shopify to another provider. You can follow the steps outlined here to transfer your domain!

Hi I bought my domain all the why in July of 2020 it was working fine all year but, recently it refuses to open on any browsers
