How can I stop my header to going to top of page when scrolling down? I'd like to have it right under my header and when I scroll it needs to stay this way, so announcement bar + header will always be visible even when scrolling down..
Somehow I have to add padding-top: 42px; to header-section when user has scrolled down a bit, how can i do this?
