Narrative Theme: Mobile Optimized Auto scroll Slideshow (The Slide Title are stuck and not changing)

I implemented this code from  https://theitteam.com.au/shopify-tips-how-to-enable-autoplay-on-the-narrative-themes-slideshow/ in order to do an auto scroll slideshow in our narrative theme, it works fine on desktop while on mobile the slide show title is stuck and not changing,.

Can any one support on this issue please?
