Hello,

I was not able to reach out to your online chat. I missed the 15th cut off day to verify my domain. I need help. Email address: str.fitnessapparel@gmail.com

I want to help you out with verifying your domain, but if you have a moment afterwards, please let me know if there were any specific issues you ran into either with logging into the Shopify Help Center or connecting to the live chat.

In order to determine next steps in verifying your domain, please confirm the following:

  • Did you receive an email requesting that you verify the domain?
  • Is the email address associated with the domain registration a gmail address, or a custom domain email?
  • Do you see Action Required listed under Online Store > Domains in your admin?

Hi Sophia,

I did receive an email requesting to verify the domain but did not see
until after the 15 days. This email address is associated with the domain
registration ( str.fitnessapparel@gamil.com ). The action required I see
under status. I clicked manage but there is nothing there for me to
activate.

Thank you for confirming that, @strfitness.

If there is no yellow banner under Online Store > Domains > Manage with a "Resend" button for the email verification request, you may need to try changing the email address associated with the domain. You should be able to edit this under Online Store > Domains > Manage > Registrar Information.
