New Facebook Channel and New Pixel Integration ISSUE!

Hi All! 

I'm struggling with New Facebook Channel with our multistore connection and I wonder if anyone can advise. 

We have two separate stores. Store A for UK visitors and Store B for Rest of The World. 

Both stores have one Facebook Fanpage but separate Ad Accounts and Pixels. Both are managed via my private Facebook Admin account.

So...

When I connect store A to Shopify using new Facebook channel all seems good, then I switch to store B to do the same thing the store A getting disconnected (yes, Shopify has permission to both of them from FB).

What is really annoying is that there is no other way now to install Pixel on your site without using Facebook Channel. 

Any ideas/thoughts?
