I just received an email saying the old Shopify Facebook / Instagram channels are being depreciated.
So I tried adding the new channel. Went through all of the Facebook processes and everything worked successfully. "You're all set!"
You're all set!
And then this.
I've tried it multiple times. Same result each time. I've gone to great lengths to get these integrations running in the past. There's no additional error handling as to what is going on. Please help!
