Not recieving emails from contact me form

Hi!

 

I have a problem, I was wondering if someone can help me please

 

I am not receiving emails from my contact me form

I have tried multiple times and it doesn't work.

 

The contact me from is just a Shopify Template

 

my store url is www.browed.com.au

 

The email in setting is correct, I am not sure what is wrong

Thank you for reaching out regarding this, I would love to do help you out. I will need to ask you some questions so that we can best troubleshoot this issue.

 

To start off, the email address that contact forms are submitted to is determined by what is entered in Settings > General > Customer Email, what email address is this for you and who is your email host? Does this email have its own inbox or is it being redirected to another email address? Have you checked the Spam and Trash folders for the email that you were expecting this emails to deliver to? Have you tired filling out the contact form yourself to test the functionality? 

 

If you could post a link to your store along with your answers to these questions that would be great.
