Notifications not going through customers using 365 mail

Hi

We recently launched a new site https://thebalmpantry.co.uk/

Customers using 365 mail, are not receiving notifications - presumable blocked by MS.

It is a dedicated domain not purchased through Shopify.

I added v=spf1 include:shops.shopify.com +a +mx +ip:80.68.86.13 ~all to the TXT record in host, but didn't make any difference.

Any ideas?
