For weeks now more and more customers are contacting me as they haven't received any confirmation of their order. I have had my website for over two years and I have no idea why this has now started to happen. Can anyone tell me what it is and how I can fix this?
Hey! I'm struggling with the same thing. Is it still happening to you? Has anyone gotten around this issue? I'd love to know. Majority of our customers aren't getting their confirmations or their custom draft invoices.
We tried all sorts and in the end I had to call Shopify and I can’t remember what they did as they said everything seemed to be working fine. I think it corrected itself. It happened when I got a big influx of orders, maybe if had something to do with it. Have you had a lot of orders recently?
