Oops, something went wrong - Facebook Channel Troubleshooting

This post is a part of a larger thread that includes current known issues & required permissions to successfully connect to the Facebook Channel. You can find the Table of Contents for all required permissions here.

When onboarding to the Facebook channel or trying to accept the terms and conditions, you may see an "Oops Something Went Wrong" error.



This popup is hosted by Facebook (facebook.com appears in the URL) and so this error is on Facebook's platform. We recommend trying again in an hour or so. If the issue persists, please click "Contact Us" on the popup to speak to Facebook support as this is outside of Shopify's scope.
