Partner log in doesn't work (I tried everything)

Hi guys,


I need to get an opinion on this. I have a Shopify Partner account where I access my clients stores.

 

Something happened today and I can't log into those stores. Only one allows me to log in. For the others I receive an error like this (see the screenshot): https://share.getcloudapp.com/nOu8bZ9E 

 

I can't access support either, so I thought maybe I can find some answers here. I check the other threads regarding similar issues, but I couldn't solve it.

 

I used different browsers without cookies (incognito). I've even switched to mobile broadband, because some discussions suggested there could be issues with the IP. So that doesn't work either. 

I'm puzzled about this. It's the first issue of this kind for me. We need to log in to change some settings for a store. This is kind of an urgent matter.
