Hello,

 

When I try to place an order, it is impossible to fill the "country/region" box (pays/région).
What is this problem due to ? How to solve it ?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble entering your address. Can you confirm if this is your Shopify store or is it a store that you are trying to purchase something from? This would usually happen if there are no shipping countries set up.

This is my store. I have indeed removed all the shipping costs.

Ah okay, no worries. That would be why you can add any countries then as there aren't any countries to choose from at the moment. You can add them into the shipping profiles using this guide here and everything should be good then.
