Pinned Header + Clickable Side Bar Menu (Mobile View Only)

Hello community,

Big day in 12 hours! our website will go live!!!!

I'm using Debut Theme, Web view is all perfect! I just need help please for the mobile view!

First Thing I want my header to be pinned as I'm scrolling down the page!

And second, I want these categories below (skincare,makeup etc ..) to be clickable and directs you to their pages (works fine on web view) and the button to allow going to the subcategories. Currently it takes me straight to the subcategories.

I'm not really following you on the subcategories bit. Can you share a url?

Thanks, where should I place that code?

The subcategories show up once you click on the arrow ">" that part I want it to stay that way, what I try to do is when you click on each word, it takes you to a specific page.
