In the past when I run ads the Facebook data closely matches the Shopify data. In the last month or six weeks my Facebook data is two to three times what Shopify shows. I feel like the pixel is out of whack. For instance today Shopify is showing 3 Add to Cart - Facebook is showing 13. Both Shopify and Facebook have checked the pixel and say everything is fine but I haven't had ANY sales using a Lookalike Add to Cart, which is highly unusual. I'm afraid my Add to Cart data is garbage and so I'm getting garbage back. Any ideas?
