Thanks for letting me know. The account owner email address that's assigned to the domain might be affecting the verification link. Can you please log into your Shopify admin and click Online Store > Domains > Manage > Edit, and then edit the email address as shown in this screenshot. You'll need to temporarily change the email address to something else so you can receive a new verification link and email. Maybe a friends email address or if you have a second personal/work email address that could receive the link, for now, would suffice. You can always change it back again later after it's verified.
