Pointing domain from Krystal.uk / Krystal Internet

Hi.

I'm trying to point a domain my uncle has registered with Krystal.uk and I really can't figure out how to sort it at all.

I use 123-reg, change the A record, change CNAME and it's sorted but it seems to be a car crash with their system with cpanel involved and all sort of stuff going on.

If anyone has ever pointed a domain from them I'd really appreciate the help.
