our store aniforte.co.uk has been experiencing a direct traffic issue since the 26th of October.
This means that our direct traffic has shot up considerably (which should normally be negligible) and falsely accounts for the majority of our converted orders:
These analytics are also the same in Shopify's internal reports, and are definitely wrong.
The following screenshot shows our sudden and sustained spike in direct traffic.
We're using Klaviyo & LoyaltyLion, in case that's any help. Would really appreciate it if someone knew how to fix this issue and allow us to see correct source analytics again.
