Correct dial code phone number format, correct address format, it does not even go to payment option so no question of funds being there or not.

If you want to purchase a domain you have to go to a third party provider. Only way to get one as shopify cannot provide you one. There are no solutions to this thread because Shopify doesn't have one. No one has came back here to say problem solved. Again this issue has been going on since September 2019.
