Problem with Shopify Email Notifications Bouncing

Hi there. This seems to be a known issue in the past on here, but today I’m getting a heap of bounce back emails. Error Message below. Please advise ASAP on how this will be fixed as they are email notifications to clients that are bouncing back without our knowledge. 

 

This is the mail system at host smtp.shopify.com.

Yes i've also had the same problem for bigpond.com. It's only happening for bigpond.com emails. I couldn't find any info on we can whitelist emails on their platform.

I have the same issue and have inserted the record TXT records to my domain. Did anyone get a solution to this?
