Problem with renewing Shopify domain

So I received a notification to renew my domain as it expires in 3 days (today is 6 September 2020)

I had not ticked auto-renew, now I wish to renew it, either through auto renew or manually.

The problem is that it says renew on August 26 2020, which is in the past, so I am concerned it will not renew

I am having this same issue with my domain that I purchased but did not renew but now I am trying to renew but my domain with my online shop is still not working.
