I have a google error msg on 4 products that also have variants. "Product price doesn't match price on product landing page". The variants have a different price depending on size. I can't seem to find any info about this error msg. I've reached out to support but they have been unable to help me due to the email I'm using and the email registered to my account, but that's a whole nuther problem.

The Google error message you shared, @Awesomesocks4u, was super helpful in diagnosing the correct issue, which can be caused by one of two scenarios:
1. You have recently installed the Google Shopping Channel. When you are new to the channel, there may be a discrepancy between a product’s value in feed and value on site in Google Merchant Center.
How to resolve: This error is generally cleared up once Google crawls and updates your site data, which can take up to 2 to 3 weeks. However, you can speed up this process by submitting a sitemap to Google to force a recrawl of your site. We have some great instructions on how to find and submit your sitemap here.
2. You have installed a third-party Google Shopping feed application alongside our Google Shopping Channel, which can result in multiple product feeds sent to Google Merchant Center. You can double check if this is the case by heading to the Products > Feeds section of your Google Merchant Center account, as outlined here.
How to resolve: To fix this, head to your Shopify Admin > Apps and hit the little ‘trash’ icon next to any third-party Google Shopping feed apps to remove them from your Shopify Store.

Is there anything else I can do to have this working?
It only appears on products that have variants.

It's interesting that you mention it only happens on variants. Can you head to Shopify Admin > Google Sales Channel > Product Feed section and click on Not Approved products. There you should see the rows of products with errors, and a hyperlink that says "View Variants" next to them. Click on that link and you will see a list of all variants, with details on which, if any, were approved. With that data, please compare to your product landing page in Google Merchant Centre.

I can see this alert on my home page of the store:
When I enter to see the detail on the products, I can see which variants are conflicting with google.
I know which ones are conflicting but the question remains... why? I have different prices for each variant, I have tried to put different photos for each variant, I have assigned different SKUs for each variant but still, some, not all variants, create conflict with google merchant account.

When I log in to my merchant account, I can see all the "errors", usually where all the "value in feed" is different from " value on website":
I believe the variants are well created, maybe some synchronization issue? This is only happening to products with variants, ie, a bottle with different sizes and different prices.

I have to agree with you, this definitely looks like a synchronization issue. I did quite a bit of extra research, and it looks like you will just need to have Google recrawl your website to pull the latest and most accurate information. Re-crawling usually takes a few days, but there are some guidelines at that link you should check out on what to expect.
You will also be able to monitor progress through Google's Index Status Report to stay in the loop.
I trust that will fix this right up, but please let me know if you need an extra hand or run into any issues.
With that feature available, we could correct the mistake, but we cant because it is an automated process.
We need help from Shopify on this to correct the integration with google.
