Product search engine does not support translation!!

Dear All,

I need your support for getting this solved. I do have a translation app and doing so well on translating my website into Arabic. Unfortunately, when I am trying to do searching in Arabic words, it is not showing any results!.

For example, the word "dress" means "فستان" in Arabic. I can search by the word in English while my site is in Arabic but I cannot search for the same word in Arabic.

I contacted the customer service of the translation app and they advise me to do it by "install Google Search Widget on your website" but this is an unacceptable solution as I would have two search engines which are going to confuse my customers!!!

I think a search specific app will help you with this. You can use Searchly, a Shopify search app. Once installed, you can integrate it with your translation app so that shoppers can search using their native language and find what they are looking for.
