Purchased Domain But It Wont Apply To Shop & Shop doesn't show on other peoples computers

Hello,

I purchased a domain and was charged for it and i cant attach it to my shop, does it do this automatically or do I have to manually do it? Also I tried to access my shopify store using someone else desktop and i could not access it. why is that?

Did you purchase your domain from Shopify? If so, it should be added under Online store > Domains and set up for you automatically. Please let me know the domain you purchased if this is not the case and I will look into this for you! 

If you purchased your domain from a third party, you will need to set up the domain to work with your Shopify store. You can follow the instructions to set up a third party domain here. 

You are able to log into your Shopify store on any device, from any location. Are you sure you entered the correct credentials when logging in? Can you let me know what error message you encountered? Thanks!
