Quantity Increasing by 9 not 1 :)

Hello,
i`m customizing a shopify store for my new watch brand, i`ve added enough codes to mess up somethings and appearently this is the only thing i messed up

looking for help

try to go on any product and press the + button it will increase 9 times can`t add 1

Issue is in JS but without checking code it's not possible to provide solution.
So I suggest hire someone who can check code and fix the issue.
