'Quick shop'/'Quick View' button: How to change "Buy it Now" text?

Hello,

We currently enabled the Quick View/Quick Shop on our collection pages:

Would it be possible to change the "Buy it Now" text on the pop-up that shows when users click on the "Quick View" option? (see screenshot)

If so, under which liquid template file would this be located?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
