Hello everyone,
I receive a 404 page when going to this URL - https://travfurler.com/products/cat-travel-calming-kit?_pos=1&_ss=r
In Shopify I have created a re-direct and added the above as the source URL
and this one as the new URL to redirect to: https://travfurler.com/products/pet-remedy-travel-essentials-calming-kit?_pos=2&_sid=7bb662659&_ss=r
The re-direct does not work after clearing the cache.
I believe the reason is because the 404 is an actual page of some kind and the redirect will not work unless this page is hidden or removed. I looked through all of our pages we have created and cannot find one which is a custom 404 page. I do not recall doing anything in the theme/code so if I am correct, where would this page be?
