Receiving orders from the variants quantity shows as 0

we keep receiving orders for the variants quantity shows as 0

Our Shopify is currently integrated with StitchLabs, the inventory software and variant's quantity is 0 from both Shopify/Stitch(StitchLabs master of Stock) and linked correctly. We have contacted StitchLabs, and they advised us that the issue is coming from Shopify. The option for 'continue selling when out of stock' is also disabled from the Shopify. Please see attached inventory history for one of the variants that are having this issue. I'm not sure why we keep getting orders from variant quantity 0. Please help!
