Redirecting /index.html to my domain.

Hi everyone,

So I've just found that my domain.com has duplicate page at domain.com/index.html.

Normally, I would just edit the redirects (both in Shopify and/or cPanel), but these don't seem to work when tied into a Shopify site for some reason.

How do I do this?

I'm also looking for a solution to this. The URL redirect admin section does not let this happen.
