Reduce space between Rich Text and Gallery, and fix to do not move right and left.

Hi,

1) I'd like to make closer between  Rich Text and Gallery. I checked past topics and tried some codes but didn't work.

2) With mobile the screen supposed to be fixed but it can be moved right and left slightly.

I'd appreciate if anyone help to solve them.
