I'm trying to connect the commerce account to a different FB catalog & change the checkout method from "on another website" to "on FB/IG". Chatted with FB support several times and they informed me that I need to delete the commerce account through Shopify (it was setup through Shopify) and go through the onboard process again to be able to make these changes.
So my questions are:
1. Will removing & reinstalling the FB channel app accomplish this? If not, what would?
2. Instructions on removing the FB channel.
3. After removing FB channel in Shopify, is there anything I need to do in Commerce Manager to completely remove it?
4. If I setup commerce manager in FB, how do I connected it to the Shopify FB Channel App?
I've been working on this problem for weeks without resolution. Hopefully one of you guys can give me a definitive answer.
