Removing white space in featured collection (Prestige theme)

Hello everyone. I would like to remove 10 pixels of white space between "OUTSHINE EVERYONE" and my featured collection. 

When i change the css code in preview it works fine but it does not show up on my live page. 

Anyone knows what to do?   Thanks in advance
