Resize 'image with text overlay' for mobile. Debut Theme

Hi all. I am using the 'image with text overlay' section to demonstrate some product features through a photo. On desktop it works perfectly, but on mobile the sides get cut off. Can I resize the photo only on mobile so nothing gets cut off?

I cannot find theme.scss.liquid file in my assets folder.

Please advise as to how can i stop the said image from being cut off on mobile version of my website.

Hi @RaghavBhatter 

the image shows in the background on the desktop view. you can use the image tag for mobile view. that works it.
