I have linked my own personal domain to my store more than 48 hours ago now and it still shows "SSL pending".
I have done the appropriate DNS changes with OVH too.

To contact support you will need to follow this link: https://help.shopify.com/en/questions and you will be able to log a support ticket with Shopify themselves regarding your SSL issue, but remember, SSL may take a few days to generate, so if you have recently connected your domain, it will be best to wait a few days before logging a support query, as these things do take time.
