Hello, We are experiencing the same issue. I have cleared the cache etc. we have tried to access our store from multiple mobiles & computers on different internets but it still isn't working. We are worried we're losing a lot of sales because people cant access our site.Screen Shot 2020-10-26 at 7.58.07 pm.png

Hi, @alin6351

Your domain is set up correctly and the SSL is fully provisioned.

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, please let me know the date you added the domain to your account.

Thanks!

Thanks for those details, @alin6351

When you visit your site from a 3G, 4G or LTE connection, do you receive the same error?

If so, can you please provide a screenshot from your mobile device while using data to access your site? Thanks!

Hello

I also need some help, please.

I do have the same problem with my shop

www.disenoymoda.es

when trying to open in mobile chrome, gets the message error: ssl privacy error. this is not a secure connection

I checked with my domain service and seems to be set ok.

A entry pointing to a shopify IP

WWW CNAME poiting to shops.myshopify.com

The error doesn't always come along but I am running some FB Ads and discovered that it returns that error message when reaching to the web.

Please, some help

Thanks!!

PD: edit for adding screenshot.

Hi, @borconde

I checked on the status of your SSL certificate and everything should be working as normal.

There are also no extra DNS records showing on your domain which can sometimes cause issues such as the one you are experiencing.

Can you please let me know if you are experiencing this issue on any other device? It could potentially be a caching issue.

For troubleshooting, please clear the cache of your browser and let me know if this helps!

Hi
Thanks for the reply.
I checked with my domain server admins that discovered that there were 2 A
DNS records so we deleted the one that was wrong.
Also checked one ad thar brought back the CRT error, that changed the
discount link that was given by the shopify app, from http link to https.
Now everything seems to be ok.
Thanks for your help.
