I updated the info on my Shipping page and saved it. The old page still shows up on the website. (I have cleared my cache/cookies etc.) Any suggestions to force this page to update? Thanks!

You will need to update your shipping page under Settings > Legal as well as Online store > Pages.
To clarify, the shipping page under Settings > Legal will show up as a link in the footer within the checkout; while the page you have created under Online store > Pages is currently linked in your footer.
