Hey there.

 

Honestly wish I could.  This is one of those things where I think you sorta need to be hands on for it.  If you want to ask the account owner about bringing in a Partner Collaborator to take a look I am happy to do so.  Again I do not charge for Consultations or little jobs.  If it turns out you just missed a step, etc, I am happy to do that for free.

Hi! 

 

I am currently facing a similar issue. Have you been able to fix this? 

My situation is: I fixed the gift message box to be saved but it does not show up in the order details.
