Shopify pagefly app: Add to cart button not updating cart counter in top bar in ajax

I have site setup with shopify and have installed the page fly app builder to create the product page. The add to cart button on the product page works but the cart counter shown in top does not get updated in the add to cart ajax call.

What is the best way to fix this? Should I add a custom js or edit the pagefly js code to get this working. Also, I saw that the pagefly js code cannot be edited through Shopify dashboard. How do I fix this then?

Yes. Contact Pagefly Support through shopify. They resolved it as it was a
glitch in the code.
