Am logging into my store from within the UK, and the IP address I'm using is in the UK (verified with several IP geolocators and also checked via Google).
Yet when I select "Security" in the top left corner of the store Account page, it says I'm logged in from Espoo, Finland! Yesterday I also saw it show a different IP address related to that session (not my actual IP address; a completely different one), but can't seem to find how to show that again now.
It's not that someone else is logged in, as the login times correspond exactly with my own, it confirms it is the "current session", and I've got two-factor on.
Not sure what is going on - anyone seen this behaviour before? Any suggestions? Cheers
I have the same problem, I live in the netherlands but it says im logged in from Friesland (Thats not where i live) Idk what to do, changed my password and enabled 2FA but its still the same
