If I hit for example the "Twitter" share button on a blog post, I get a Twitter tweet pre-composed with with blog post title and URL to that post, but that URL has an additional ";source=webclient" added to the end of the URL. That suffix makes the URL invalid. Hence, Twitter and Facebook for example can not load the preview image. Also, when clicking that link, the page is 404 not fount.
Why is this happening? Does anyone know how to prevent this?

I obviously cannot to share any login information with you, but here is a link to a blog post where you can hit the "Tweet" button and you'll see what I mean.
