Shopify to customer emails rejected by servers

Hey guys,

 

emails we send out from shopify to our customers such as the shipping notification with the tracking ID are being rejected by the customers servers. Depending on their provider we get back messages such as the ones listed below. According to this website shopify email servers are being blacklisted on quite a few spam filters: http://zy0.de/q/104.196.182.217

 

What can I do in order to fix this? Or is this a shopify issue?
