Site content not centering - Simple theme

Hey guys, I'm near the end of my site build and am having few issues,

I'm using the Simple theme and have removed the sidebar menu and made my own main menu-however all of my sections are still sitting to the right side as if the menu were still on the left. I've tried a few recommended codes but no luck.

Anyone know the fix to center it all? And is there a way to delete all traces of the sidebar? (it still appears on the product pages)

I'm also struggling to get the cart/wishlist icon in the header to line up with the rest.

Can someone take a look? Site is shopsuite2b.com

This is an accepted solution.

Do this to fix it in 20 seconds:

1. In your Shopify Admin go to: online store > themes > actions > edit code
2. Find Asset > theme.scss.liquid and paste this at the bottom of the file:

.main-content{
    width: 100% !important;
    text-align: center;
}

.input-group{
    margin: 0 auto !important;
}

Please let me know whether it works.

Kind regards,
Diego

YES! Worked like a charm! Another question, I accidentally centered my product descriptions and want them back on the right of the images. Is there something I can put in the theme css to get that back?
