Stock reset to zero by itself

Hi, we are still setting up and testing our shopify website. we notice that some product is having out of stock problem. Even after we keyed in stocks for all variants and it looks ok initially. After a while, all stocks will become zero and product is out of stock. This affect some product but not others. Please advise where to look to solve the problem. Thanks in advance for any help!

Thank you for getting in touch and for detailing your problem. Have you made any changes to your theme's code, or added any apps to your store that have inventory related features? Would you also be able to share your store here so I can take a look? If you'd rather do so privately, let me know here and we can continue this conversation over email instead. Hi @alexluk,

 

Thank you for sharing your store's URL. Have you made any changes to your theme's code, or added any apps to your store that have inventory related features? Can you also provide me with some examples of products that are seeing their inventories decrease automatically, please?

Hi Victor,

1. We did not made any changes to the theme.

2. We have the following apps:

- Smart Menu by qikify

- Loyalty & Rewards by Growave

- Product options by Hulkcode installed and removed both by Hulkcode staffs

3. This is one product we put in stocks and turned into zero soon after- https://chiaus-sg.myshopify.com/admin/products/3885435224177
