Supply Theme newsletter mobile view problem, no close button.

When a device goes to my store for the first time the newsletter pops up which is fine but on a mobile in portrait there is no exit button, its like the css removes it for portrait mode. Is there a way i can reset the user data so it can appear again so i can sort it out ? and where would the styling for this feature be, i had a hard time locating it.

Allright so i have fond the problem, it ducks behind the navbar, ive also found its class but i cant seem to find the file that contains its class of mobile-popup-wrapper, if i can get in there i can just margin-top it by the navbar height. any idea where this css sits ?

The CSS for the Mobile Nav Bar is in the 'theme.scss.liquid' file in the Assets folder in the theme.
