I'm sorry to hear that you're having login issues. Are you able to elaborate on what's going on when you try logging in? Are you receiving any error messages? If so, what does the error message say? If you can share a screenshot, that would really help!
Generally, login issues are browser-related and given the fact that you're experiencing the issue with multiple stores, it sounds like this could be the case. If you're not already using Google Chrome, I recommend doing so. If the issue is occurring in Chrome, then it would be worth clearing your cache and cookies, using incognito mode, or perhaps using a different browser altogether.
Another option is to use a different device and/or different internet connection. If you're able to login using a different internet connection, then typically resetting your router will solve the problem.
