I was able to checkout the product that you linked earlier under the name, “Tira N.”. I was able to replicate the issue you were seeing earlier:
I dug into the checkout page with my team and we noticed there is a button on your thank you page, “Schedule Your Intro Call Now”.
We think this may be what is causing the formatting issue on the right side of the page.
Can I ask, how was this button placed at checkout?
Who helped you add this code into your thank you page?
Are you using an app?
If you’re using an app, I recommend reaching out to the app developer to help you adjust the code on your thank you page so that the text is formatted correctly. I am thinking this is an additional script that was added to your order status page. Additional scripts allow you to add additional features on your order status page, and are outside our scope of support.
